Founded in 2012 by Segun and
Temitope Esho, Gold Box Foods began its journey in a humble kitchen, driven by
a passion for baking and a commitment to quality. From its modest beginnings,
the bakery has evolved into a household name and a leading establishment in
Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and its surrounding areas. Over the years, Gold Box
Foods has garnered a reputation for excellence, known for its delicious and
authentic baked goods that delight customers' taste buds.
Today, Gold Box Foods boasts an impressive production capacity of over 4000 loaves of bread per day, a testament to its growth and success. With a dedicated team of 40 staff members, the bakery operates seamlessly, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and taste. The company's commitment to excellence has propelled it to the forefront of the bakery industry in the region, earning the trust and loyalty of customers far and wide.

industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, having

career. As a forward-thinking and innovative leader, Segun is responsible for
providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and success of the company.
His role involves formulating and executing strategic
management decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Segun's leadership is characterized by his ability to anticipate market trends,
identify opportunities for growth, and drive innovation within the
organization. He is also actively involved in mentoring and advising other
entrepreneurs as a SMEs consultant to several start-ups.

Temitope Esho (Mrs.) - ED Finance & Admin.
Director of Finance & Administration at Gold Box Foods,
Temitope Esho (Mrs.) plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of the
company's operations. With over 20 years of combined experience in the banking
and food industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Temitope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s
in Business Administration, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel Management (CIPM). Her educational background and professional
certifications equip her with the necessary skills to effectively manage the
financial and administrative functions of Gold Box Foods.
Since the inception of Gold Box Foods Limited Nigeria in
2013, Temitope has been instrumental in managing the company's finances and
inventory. Her strategic approach to financial management, coupled with her
meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and procurement, ensures
the smooth and efficient operation of Gold Box Foods. Temitope's dedication and
expertise contribute significantly to the success and growth of the company.
He is a seasoned professional in Human Resources Management,
with a background in accounting and auditing. His career began in 1990 at
Adekunle Akinlonu & Co (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos. Following this, he
spent eleven years at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc., gaining extensive experience
in retail banking and administration.
Throughout his career, Victor has pursued continuous learning
and development, attending various Financial and Management Development
Courses. He also underwent training in Human Capacity Building and Development
to enhance his HR skills.
After leaving the banking sector, Victor established his
consultancy firm, Figures Intelligence Concept, focusing on accountancy and
auditing. He later joined Quantum Business Projects Limited from 2007 to 2010,
specializing in Entrepreneurship Development, Manpower Recruitment, and
Training. During his tenure, he received the prestigious EAGLE AWARD for three
consecutive years as the most outstanding facilitator.
Victor's expertise spans training curriculum development,
facilitating training programs, and effectively managing human and material
resources. His diverse background and wealth of experience make him a valuable
asset to Gold Box Foods in his role as Head of Human Resources Management.
Ayo is a graduate of management with over 11 years working
experience in the food and agricultural industry. He heads the quality
assessment and control unit and together with his team ensures that all
products not only meet the set standard of the company but are also produced
hygienically according to the relevant regulatory requirement and
specifications.
Ayo is known to be very detailed and cautious. This quality
of his has positively influenced our suppliers as they are continually
conscious that products supplied will be well checked and must be the quality
demanded. The staffs are not left out as he also monitors and keeps an eye on
everyone, making sure the right things are done rightly.
Mr Ayo closely works in synergy with the head of production
and marketing executives to ensure raw materials supplied are of standard and
products going out meet the desired quality of our teeming customers.
